Andrea Battipaglia is Chef de Cuisine of Pascolo Ristorante in Burlington, Vermont. Her passion is authentic "old school" Italian cuisine. Andrea grew up on the shoreline of Connecticut and was inspired by her Italian roots and family traditions such as "Feast of the Seven Fishes" every year. After years of working in the front of house in various restaurants, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a chef. Since moving to Vermont ten years ago, she has made cooking her life. Doing private dinners for couples, pop-up dinners in her backyard in Winooski, and managing the opening of the new Pascolo location located at the old Sweetwaters on Church Street. She looks forward to a busy summer at Pascolo's new and updated space, and continued collaboration with local chefs.
