Anoop Pillarisetti is an experienced restaurant operator, technologist, and marketer. He has been on the opening teams of a number of highly-regarded retail and restaurant concepts, most notably during his time at David Chang’s Momofuku Group and Shake Shack, where he oversaw the organization's consumer-facing digital platforms. His primary interests include using technology to create efficiency without sacrificing guest experience and building automation and resilience into internal infrastructure. He lives in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, spending the bulk of his free time either playing tennis or competing for time on the tennis court.
