Kyle Dodson is the President and CEO of the Greater Burlington YMCA, a position he has held since the spring of 2016. Prior to the Y, Kyle worked in finance in New York City, as a diversity and equity leader in Higher Ed., and as Principal of the Lee Academy Pilot School: a quasi-charter public Pre-K/elementary school in Dorchester, MA. Beyond his professional connections to the community, Kyle has been engaged in several organizations, including the Vermont Business Roundtable’s Education Task Force and co-chair of its Racial Equity Committee; as a trustee for Northfield Savings Bank; and as a member of the Burlington School Board.Kyle holds a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Vermont, an MBA in Finance and Management from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Harvard University.
