Sustainable Kitchen has a root system fed from many sources and run by owner and head chef/visionary Kate Halladay. By fostering relationships with local farmers and a complete embracing of specialty diets and their related ingredients, Sustainable Kitchen has found its groove and continues to find joy in celebrating good food without having to sacrifice a bit of taste or beauty when making Gluten-Free, Plant-Based, Paleo, Vegan and Vegetarian food choices.
